Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and networking
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to support revenue growth
- Support senior sales representatives with account management and client retention activities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and professionally
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Candidate Profile
You are an enthusiastic and driven sales professional with 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing or sales-based role, ideally within a B2B or tech environment. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you thrive in a target-driven setting and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to everything you do. You are confident in building rapport quickly, managing multiple priorities, and working collaboratively across teams. Experience with CRM platforms is advantageous. A genuine passion for sales, a hunger to learn, and a team-first attitude will set you apart in this role.
