Role Overview:

As a D365 CE / PowerApps Functional Consultant reporting directly to the Head of Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients to maximize their D365 CE and PowerApps capability. This career-defining opportunity offers involvement in large-scale projects across sectors such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, as well as contributing to impactful initiatives within the Non-Profit (NFP) and educational sectors.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), CRM, and Power Apps solutions, providing essential guidance and support to clients. Your responsibilities include assisting and facilitating presales activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address client requirements, and delivering strategic recommendations to optimize D365 CE / Power Apps for driving business outcomes. Additionally, you will lead consulting engagements from inception to post-deployment support, ensuring successful project delivery.

Candidate Profile:

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field experience, coupled with extensive hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE / Power Apps, covering configuration, customization, and integration. A robust understanding of the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem, including Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure, is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, are integral to thriving in this collaborative team environment.
