Job Description

This is a graduate entry position, your role will be to support experienced underwriting, claims and business operations teams to assist their customers and clients with insurance coverage.

  • It is an administrative focused role, but will give you the exposure and opportunity to consistently try and learn something new.
  • Your job will entail interaction with stakeholders across the business from litigators to loss adjusters, clients, repairers and brokers and to deliver on all the moving parts of the insurance coverage process.
  • This is to have a primary focus on service and client management, your relationship development, administration and attention to detail will serve you well!

Reporting into the manager, working alongside other graduates you will have direct access to senior management to bring ideas, make immediate impact and influence change.

You will be able to combine your knowledge and experience with your agricultural qualifications and experience to understand the challenges farmers today face, to help provide a tailored and well supported service.

  • Ensure a timely response to brokers and clients - usually within 24 hours turnaround.
  • Assist with writing new business quotes and renewals following compliance guidelines
  • Engage your brokers over the phone, email and occasionally in person and tell them all about who we are!
  • Connect with stakeholders and 3rd parties including legal, specialists such as engineers/assessors, loss adjusters and repairs to ensure smooth progress of coverage.
  • Collaborate and partner internally with all areas of the business - explore the potential of if you'd like to join!
  • Support those around you. Everyone now and again needs help - including you - everyone will feel supported.
