What You’ll Do
This is a true multi-tasking role, where you’ll be:
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations
- Answering inbound sales calls and processing customer orders
- Handling ETA requests and stock level checks
- Managing warranty support, repairs, and maintenance coordination
- Communicating with customers across multiple channels
- Entering and tracking info using an ERP system
- Being the friendly, reliable voice between customers and internal teams
