Role Overview

This isn’t your typical office job. It’s fast-paced, varied, and every day is different. You’ll be on the frontline of customer experience, supporting a busy manufacturing team and learning the ropes in admin, logistics and production support. The best part? You don’t need to come from this world - just bring your initiative, customer service mindset, and a willingness to learn. You’ll be trained, supported, and encouraged every step of the way by a team that values growth, loyalty, and a good attitude.

You’ll report to a Branch Manager who started in this exact role. They’ve walked the path, and they’ll show you the ropes.

Key Duties Include:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries (email, phone, face-to-face)
  • Organise and print production tags and schedules
  • Assist with stock control, customer orders, and quotes
  • Receive goods and manage incoming transport invoices
  • Process EFTPOS payments, manage daily truck runs and pickup logs
  • Support the sales and admin teams with general office coordination

Candidate Profile 

You’ve got a bright and bubbly personality, a willingness to learn, and the confidence to ask questions. You may have worked in retail, hospitality, fast food, or admin/customer service – and are now ready to build a career within an office environment.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Enjoys being busy in a fast-paced environment
  • A friendly, bubbly personality with a customer-first mindset.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Driver's Licence/own transport (public transport is limited)

Any prior experience in customer service in, fast food, retail, hospitality, or office would be ideal, however, we are more interested in how you communicate, your willingness to learn and your genuine interest in building a career.

This role is available due to an internal promotion. 

  • Permanent full-time role
  • Monday to Friday: 6:30am – 4:30pm (no weekends)
