Location: Fairfield Area, Sydney
Pay Rate: $35 - $40 per hour + super + overtime

Role Overview
You’ll sit within a high-performing customer & sales team, stepping in to support during a busy period. The focus is simple. Pick up the phone, have quality conversations, and convert opportunities already sitting there.
A big part of the role is following up customers who haven’t ordered, fixing half-completed orders, and identifying simple ways to increase order value. It’s structured, fast-paced, and very execution-focused.
Responsibilities
- Make 25+ outbound calls per day to existing/lapsed customers
- Identify gaps and secure orders or incremental sales
- Process orders and manage basic customer queries
- Handle inbound calls around delivery or order issues
- Update CRM notes and track outcomes accurately
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintain strong, professional customer relationships
Candidate Profile
- You’re comfortable picking up the phone, asking questions, and moving conversations forward. You bring positive energy, confidence, and a solutions mindset.
- Some exposure to sales, customer service, or call centre environments
- Strong communication skills. You can build rapport quickly
- Comfortable working toward call activity and outcomes
- Proactive, positive, and able to hit the ground running
- Experience with CRM systems is helpful, not essential
