Role Overview

This is a newly created opportunity for a hands-on Marketing & Events Coordinator to join a growing organisation and play a key role across events, content and marketing. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with business development, internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver engaging marketing initiatives.

A key focus will be coordinating conferences, webinars and professional education programs from planning through to delivery. You’ll also contribute to LinkedIn, digital content, video and broader marketing activity, giving you the opportunity to take ownership and make a visible impact within a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate conferences, events, webinars and networking function
  • Manage event logistics, suppliers, registrations and team coordination
  • Support professional education and industry engagement programs
  • Create and schedule LinkedIn and digital content
  • Assist with marketing collateral, presentations and communications
  • Coordinate webinar setup, speakers, run sheets and technical requirements
  • Support video and podcast production and content distribution
  • Develop post-event content including social posts, blogs and summaries
  • Maintain marketing data, reporting and campaign documentation
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing, BDMs and internal stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities effectively

Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years' experience across marketing, communications, events or a related discipline
  • Proven event coordination and project management experience
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience in professional services, insurance, financial services or B2B preferred
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, HubSpot and marketing platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with Canva or Adobe Illustrator
  • Excellent written communication and content creation skills
  • High level of ownership, initiative and attention to detail
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders, suppliers and external partners
