Location: Multiple roles – 1 x Bankstown and 1 x North Shore with WFH options

Salary: Up to $75K + Super  

Role Benefit: Join these organisations during an exciting period of growth and expansion. One role based in Bankstown supporting the Customer Service Function and the other based in primarily from home and the North Shore.

Role Overview

Reporting to the respective Manager, these Customer Service Officers will be responsible for all first point of contact queries with their varied customer base.

A typical day across both positions will see you providing an exceptional level of customer service via phone and email and liaising internally with multiple departments including warehousing, sales and logistics. These roles will give you the opportunity to build critical long-lasting business relationships whilst acting as a brand ambassador for each business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external stakeholders and customers maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.\
  • Process orders with accuracy and efficiency, optimising usage of inventory and liaising with the respective teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries using various communication channels and provide accurate and detailed information as required.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints where possible, escalating where necessary to the relevant departments in a timely manner.  
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with other departments as necessary to achieve positive customer outcomes.
  • Provide customer feedback and information to management where areas for improvement have been identified.


Candidate Profile

Presenting with experience within the above mentioned duties, you have impeccable communication skills and your work is of the highest standard. You use your initiative to continually seek answers and follow up with key stakeholders regarding information required to manage customer queries. You are professional at all times and maintain a polite phone manner and have the confidence to liaise with all levels across the business.

To be successful in both positions, you will be a natural high achiever who is looking to build your career long term within a true leader. Experience working within a retail environment would be regarded for the position in North Sydney, however most importantly your passion for providing exceptional customer service will see you truly make either of these roles your own.
