Role Overview

As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will proactively manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers, driving both retention and revenue growth. On a daily basis, you’ll engage directly with decision-makers, uncovering opportunities to provide tailored solutions that meet their business needs.

This role gives you the chance to make a tangible impact on business outcomes, influence account strategy, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers, driving retention and revenue growth
  • Engage directly with business owners and decision-makers to uncover opportunities and provide tailored solutions
  • Meet and exceed individual sales, retention, and growth targets
  • Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and pipeline management in CRM
  • Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs and support business objectives
  • Identify risks and opportunities within accounts and take action to address them
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships, becoming a valued advisor to your customers

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, account management, or customer growth
  • Experience working in a high-volume call environment, managing multiple accounts efficiently
  • Commercially-minded and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets
  • Confident engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers
  • Skilled at uncovering opportunities and providing tailored solutions that drive revenue
  • Highly organised and able to manage a portfolio of accounts independently
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
